Principal Consultant: Service Management Strategy & Transformation

JC: 2024-SM-01

We are looking for consultants with strong background in service managment startegy and transformation consulting with expertise across Service Intrgration & Management (SIAM), Business Service Management (BSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) covering various aspects of policy, people, process, tools, experience, and partner ecosystem.

 

Experience: 20-25 years of consulting experience

 

Preferred Certifcations: ITIL®4 MSP/ITIL®4 Strategic Leader, Experience Management, Digital Transformation, Experience Management, Design Thinking, IT Asset Management (SAM, HAM and CAM), ITSM, Monitoring & Related tools (at least pre-sales, capability/foundation level).

Senior Consultant: Service Management Process Transformation

JC: 2024-SM-02

We are looking for process consultants with strong background in Service Intrgration & Management (SIAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) policy and process consulting. Expertise in policy definition, process mapping, process design, process documenation, process training and process assessment is a mandatory requirement. Experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) consulting, functionality knowledge of Service Management tools and Service Management pre-sales will be an added advantage.
